2025 is right around the corner, and if you’re anything like us, you’re already dreaming of focusing more on leisure and less on stress (looking at you, 2024). A beautiful hotel is always an option, but one of our favorite reasons for choosing Airbnb is, more often than not, the rental is part of the whole experience. In fact, the coolest Airbnbs are a vacation all on their own.
We’ve looked high and low and found treehouses, a refurbished military helicopter, and a camera with a cozy bed right in the lens. We did say these are the coolest Airbnbs, didn’t we? A "giant seashell unicorn" pretty much sold us when we read the Airbnb description. The property is secluded outside of Austin, TX, with windy, whimsical interiors and a beautiful deck.
