Disney will release two more Star Wars films, both in December. That is, December 2024 and December 2026.
As far as Avatar release dates go, fans have had their fair share of disappointment. After waiting for more than a decade (the original opened in 2009), Disney set a Dec. 18, 2020 date debut date. After the initial announcement, Disney updated the release to Dec. 17, 2021. The next three Avatar films will hit theaters in December of 2023, 2025 and 2027.
