Libraries around the city have stashes of games of all types to play, paid for by you, taxpayer. Get your money's worth and use them. Many host organized gatherings during the week. Call your local branch to find out what's happening in your 'hood, or check out these lists of gaming events at the Brooklyn Public Library (typically called "Game On!") or the Queens Public Library.
