RECALL: Babies “R” Us & Toys “R” Us Recall 53,000 Pacifier Clips Due to Choking Hazard

Toys “R” Us has announced a voluntary recall for about 53,000 pacifier clips because of a choking hazard. According to the retailer, the spring mechanism in their line of Babies “R” Us pacifier clips can break and release small parts, presenting a choking hazard. The recall involves clips that were sold in an assortment of six colors and character designs between February 2015 and April 2016.

Toys “R” Us says that no injuries have been reported, but that consumers should return the recalled pacifier clips immediately to Babies “R” Us or Toys “R” Us stores nationwide for a full refund.
