Ingredients

Eckrich® Smoked Sausage, chopped 1 pkg(s)
Red pepper, chopped 1 whole
Container of pre-made hummus spread 32 oz.
Fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 cup(s)
Olive oil As needed
French bread As needed

Instructions

  1. Stir hummus and parsley together.
  2. Toast sliced French bread brushed with olive oil in a pan.
  3. Saute red pepper and chopped smoked sausage in a separate pan.
  4. Cook until lightly browned.
  5. Top toasts with bean dip. Layer on smoked sausage and pepper mixture. Then pass these feisty little apps at room temperature.
