Family Fitness: Workouts with Your Baby and Kids

Jane Austin has prepped thousands of pregnant women for motherhood though her popular prenatal yoga classes, videos and workshops. Once baby is here, she invites you both back for yoga for two at Yoga Tree Valencia. Kids ages four and up bring a parent or other special adult and the pair participates in yoga games, conscious breathing, acting out stories and other fun with yoga.
