Tipsy Cow Burger Bar

The creatively named Tipsy Cow, delights young and old burger enthusiasts with its scrumptious meaty concoctions – and what’s better, this Eastside joint support local area ranchers, farmers and growers. Served as a 7-ounce custom-ground, grass-fed beef patty sandwiched in between Macrina artisan bread, makes every creative burger on the equally creative menu to die for.

What to order: The "standard" Tipsy burger is anything but... served with Beecher’s flagship white cheddar cheese, Tipsy sauce made with horseradish aioli, Bibb lettuce, tomato and onion. Other faves include The Winemaker served with tripple cream brie, alfalfa sprouts, caramelized sweet onions and white truffle aioli. For fish lovers, the Seatown consists of a Tipsy-spiced fresh salmon filet, avocado, English cucumber, red onion, alfalfa sprouts and house-made tartars sauce. And for Hawks fans, the Beast Mode is served with a generous helping of blue cheese, bacon jalapeno relish, Bibb lettuce, tomato and Tipsy sauce. Little calves will love the burgers made for their size along with the hot dogs, corn dogs, grilled cheese, Caesar salad and chicken strips.

Good to know: Tipsy Cow serves local beer and wine alongside its oh-so heavenly milkshakes. Get a mooooo-ve on down to Tipsy Cow stat! But remember, this is a popular spot, so wait times can be a little long on weekends and evenings.
