Soup’s On: 7 Super Spots for Soup This Fall

Football season is here (go Hawks!), the chill of autumn is in the air and those chunky sweaters and Hunter boots have once again taken center stage in our closets—fall is in full swing in Seattle. And what better way to experience autumn, than with a hearty bowl of soup. Click through the gallery and get ready to satisfy your soup cravings at one of our favorite belly-warming spots.

The Great Northwest Soup Company

With over 100 delicious soup recipes on rotation, you are sure to find your soup soulmate at the Great Northwest Soup Company. Open Monday through Friday, each of their three downtown locations serves up a daily variety of molten goodness that is sure to please every palate. You will find a selection that includes a dozen different soups depending on the day.

Bonus: You can find out what soups are on the menu by heading to their website before your visit. Otherwise, prepare to be amazed by the wide selection of soups you may not have even known existed before now! From your staple tomato basil to the hearty Cheese Burger in Paradise, you might just want to come back each day to try them all.

Good to Know: Eager to please, the Great Northwest Soup Company offers dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options to accommodate dietary needs. If you are split between soups and just can’t decide, go for the Flight of Soups Combo, where you get to pick three 8 oz soups of your choice (a great option if you are trying to please multiple kiddos). Add a freshly prepared salad or sandwich on the side to round out your lunchtime experience.
