Ingredients

Smithfield Hometown Original Bacon Slices, cooked and crumbled 4 piece(s)
Cream cheese, room temperature 8 ounce(s)
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese, Shredded 1/4 cup(s)
Green onions, finely chopped 2 Tbsp.(s)
Garlic, minced 1 Tsp.
Biscuit chips, pretzels and celery To dip

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese, onions, and garlic.
  2. Place the bowl in the microwave, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove, and stir well. Return to the microwave, and cook an additional 2 to 4 minutes more.
  3. Top with crumbled Smithfield Hometown Original Bacon.
  4. Serve warm with biscuit chips, pretzels, or celery.
