Birthday Invites Just Got That Much Cuter with These New “Sesame Street” Stamps

The U.S. Postal Service recently revealed some special stamps for 2019 and these picks are totally perfect for your kiddo’s next b-day invite! Sesame Street Forever stamps are coming soon and yes, snail mail is still alive and well.

The new Sesame Street-themed stamps celebrate the iconic show’s 50th anniversary this year and will feature photos of your child’s favorite Muppets. The stamp set includes Big Bird, Bert, Ernie, Cookie Monster, Rosita, The Count, Oscar the Grouch, Abby Cadabby, Herry Monster, Julia, Guy Smiley, Snuffleupagus, Elmo, Telly, Grover and Zoe.

If your kids aren’t into Sesame Street, the U.S. Postal Service has also released a set of 16 stamps featuring dinorsaurs, including Tyrannosaurus rex and Triceratops, along with two stamps depicting the “Nation’s T. rex”—a dino discovered on federal land in Montana.

The USPS hasn’t yet sent the word on when it will release both the Sesame Street and T. rex stamps, so keep your eyes on the mail—or your local post office—for the latest update.
