It was Tereson’s middle child (she has three kids: ages 21, 18 and 14), who served as the inspiration for FuzziBunz. She founded the reusable diaper company 17 years ago, and in October of 2016 will launch her own brand management company called INFANTC Brands, which helps other fledgling baby brands enter into the market. She says, “It is definitely a passion of mine to help others along the road that I have been traveling.”
And it has been quite a road. FuzziBunz appeared on Shark Tank several years back and afterwards, when the company nearly ceased to exist, it took creative problem solving, personal reflection and serious true grit to rebuild what was almost lost. “THAT,” says Tereson, “took way more skill, expertise, sacrifice and time than what it took to get on Shark Tank.” Tereson chose to have the company revolve around her life—not the other way around—and now, she’s proud of the people her kids have become; they are her biggest accomplishment. You can find Tereson working from home and reading up on all-things Marvel with her 14-year-old comic book fan.
