John Legend shared a sweet dad moment on set of The Voice with his “biggest fans,” his kids, Miles and Luna
John Legend has no shortage of fans. But while he was at work on the set of The Voice, a couple of his fans stopped by, and we have a feeling these ones might be his favorites: His adorable kids, Miles and Luna.
Legend posted a photo to Instagram showing the behind-the-scenes moment when his mini-mes got to join him in his iconic red swivel chair.
“My biggest fans (until they’re too cool to think I’m cool) came to @nbcthevoice! They’re definitely voting for #TeamLegend,” he wrote.
In the photo, he’s all cuddled up with 6-year-old Luna and 4-year-old Miles. Both kids are seated on Dad’s lap with his arms tight around them while they wear some big smiles for the camera. Considering I went to a law office for “Take Your Daughter to Work Day” when I was a kid, I’d say Miles and Luna are pretty lucky to have a dad with such a cool job—and that he’s able to share it with his babies.
Miles and Luna are also gearing up to become big siblings—Legend and his wife, Chrissy Teigen, are currently expecting another baby nearly two years after they tragically lost their son, Jack. Teigen recently told People magazine about how she chose to involve her older kids in the IVF process.
“Since we did IVF we knew probably nine days after we did the transfer that it had worked and we were pregnant. I told them very, very early. They knew that I was going in for the transfer, that we were going to go in and put this egg inside Mommy’s belly. So they knew from the very, very beginning, and they knew there was a chance it might not work because that’s happened before.”
She added that Miles and Luna have “been excited for a long time.”
“I feel like this is going to be the longest pregnancy to them because they’ve known since the day. But they’ve been really very excited.”
