These are Pennywise, The Purge, and Michael Myers photos like you’ve never seen before
Breanna Caldwell and her daughter Maci have a special Halloween tradition: taking creepy photos! The photographer and 6-year-old transform their love of the spooky season into stylized Halloween photoshoots that do the season right and are making a splash for Caldwell’s business, Breanna Marie Photography.
“I love horror movies (Maci has never truly watched them), but she knows the characters and what they play as,” Caldwell tells Tinybeans.
Over the years, the duo has done tons of character-themed sessions, but the Halloween snaps stand out. A scroll through Breanna’s Facebook page reveals Maci has transformed into Annabelle, had tea with Michael Myers, done a Purge shoot, and dressed up as Georgie for this year’s theme, Pennywise.
Because the photos are on the scary side, outsiders have wondered if Maci is too young to be doing them. “She knows they aren’t real but loves to have fun [dressing up and] playing the character. She knows Pennywise and Georgie off of YouTube videos/TikToks,” Caldwell says. “I showed her a part of Michael Myers in Halloween, but I never let her fully watch the movies!”

Still, some people don’t agree. “Yes, I have received negativity, but this is just something fun to do for my daughter and clients—it’s not for everyone. And there are 200 negative comments to 20,000 [positive], so Ive learned to ignore all the negativity!”
For people who can’t get enough of the spooky photoshoots, Caldwell actually opened up sessions for Michael Myers and for this year’s Pennywise theme, too, much to her clients’ delight.
