Mighty-O Donuts – Green Lake

So…health and donuts have probably never gone together in your head before, but Mighty-O might change your thoughts on this tasty, holey treat. All of their delish donuts are vegan, nearly all of their ingredients are locally sourced and are often seasonal, all are organic and Non-GMO and they don’t use any nasty hydrogenated oils, artificial flavors or colors. Sound too good to be true? Well, you can tour their Green Lake or Ballard retail location any time—just grab five friends (big or small) and email Mighty-O at info@mightyo.com to schedule a time. All they ask is that there is one adult per three kids, and anyone, from bitty babies to taste-testing 12th graders (and beyond) can see the donutty-goodness in action. Their friendly bakers will whip up a batch of pillowy mini-donuts right before your hungry eyes, fry ‘em up, cover ‘em with cinnamon-sugar and voila—your donut craving has been sated (and you get to take the extras home!)

Don't Miss: They offer hot donuts (as in fresh out of the non-hydrogenated oil fryer) between 7 a.m.-9 a.m., seven days a week. Hey, you’re awake anyway, right?

We Suggest: Scheduling a tour Mon.-Thurs. between 9 a.m.-11 a.m. or Fri.-Sun. between 11 a.m.-1 p.m. And buy yourself a French Toast donut. You can thank us later!

Cost: Free for groups of 5 or more

Details: Tours are about 30 minutes; email info@mightyo.com to schedule your tour. Tours do not take place in the winter, but will resume on June 1, 2017.
