To help you out, we’ve got a list of quality entertainment perfect for an afternoon or two of couch crashing. Flip through the slideshow below to see our top picks for your favorite little people to watch while they’re on the mend.

Ronja, The Robber’s Daughter (Amazon Prime)

A brand-new, original release from Amazon, Ronja tells the story of Ronja and Birk—children of rival tribes—their adventures, mishaps and lessons. Produced by Studio Ghibli, and based on the story by author Astrid Lindgren, this 26-part anime adventure is filled with magical forest creatures, gorgeous colors, loyal families and a thirst for adventure. Anime fans might notice that most of the animation is computer animated (rather than hand drawn), but it’s still a fantastical show for kiddos who are under the weather. They might even forget about their aches and pains—at least for an hour or so!

Ages: 7 & up.
