The next time your kiddo sacks out mid-errand, don’t rush home and unbuckle (we mean wake) them. Foothills Park

Lake Oswego's urban park gives parking lot caregivers sweeping views of the Willamette River, as well as other interesting sights, like the basalt columns engraved with poetry, a reflecting pool and a grass amphitheater. There's free WiFi, too.
