One minute you’re belting out Elmo tunes in a duet with your tot and then suddenly you’re performing a solo: welcome to the car nappers club. Foothills Park

Lake Oswego's urban park gives parking lot caregivers sweeping views of the Willamette River, as well as other interesting sights, like the basalt columns engraved with poetry, a reflecting pool and a grass amphitheater. There's free WiFi, too.
