Megan Caldwell, Owner of FIT4MOM Cedar Mill

Megan Caldwell is not only an amazing mom to her three children Conner (5), Cameron (3) and Charley Jeanne (8 months), she also helps moms get and stay fit while finding and connecting with new friends. As owner of FIT4MOM Cedar Mill, she offers pre and postnatal fitness classes and programs that moms can do solo or with their kids in tow. As much as she loves providing amazing workout options, what she is most passionate about is connecting moms both with each other and the local resources they need.

When asked about her accomplishments Megan says, “As cheesy as it sounds, an accomplishment I am most proud of is having children. How cool is it that our bodies have this ability?”

Words of Wisdom: "I constantly remind myself why I do what I do, which is to be able to positively affect moms through our programs, but more so, so I can spend time with my children while they are young."
