While pregnant with her son Max, who is now in kindergarten, this tech-minded mom had the inspiration for what would become a successful business supporting new moms. Babylist, Natalie’s brainchild, lets pregnant moms put everything they want—from any store they want—including requests for help and favors, cash gifts and charitable giving alternatives. She came up with the idea when she went to create her own baby registry and couldn’t find a service that both looked amazing and allowed her to ask for the things that were most important to her. Natalie was so thorough when she created Babylist that it even allows an expecting mom’s baby shower guest to buy the gifts she wants right on the site.

Now mother to both max and his younger sibling Ben (1), Natalie is busier than ever managing a company that is used by 20% of expecting families and caring for two boys who are almost 4.5 years apart. When it comes to striking balance in her life, Natalie says, “I try to be kind to myself and remember that life is long and I can’t achieve everything right now.”
