Elisabeth Cox, WW Sales Excellence Discipline, Role & Community Lead for Microsoft

A proud single mother by choice, Elisabeth isn’t just a tech powerhouse; she’s an amazing mom to Ella (5) and Oliver (3). With 17 years of experience at Microsoft, her current role nurtures her passion for people leading change. She leads the organizational design and development of a critical business operations community that enables change and transformation and drives predictability in the business. Her belief in people and her desire to connect and evolve is what led her to her past and current roles and is a perfect example of her passion for people leading change. Professionally Elisabeth is most proud of her role as a coach and mentor throughout her professional career. She says, “I am very proud to have played a role in their journey and to have helped them actualize their full potential.

Elisabeth says she has always been a person who creates her own happiness versus pursuing it. She is most proud of having the courage to make the non-traditional choice of having children on her own and enjoys every moment she has with her children, especially the ones that take them outdoors where they get dirty, look at the clouds and bugs together, and climb trees. So, what’s Elisabeth’s trick to maintaining some sense of balance in her life? She says, “Ground in your priorities and fiercely protect your boundaries.”
