Calling all musical loving actors aged 4-17! Porchlight Music Theatre has weekend classes focusing on music, dance, acting, building self confidence and collaboration as we create an original musical performance for family and friends on the last day of class.
Whether you’re joining us for the first time or you’re returning for a new term, Teaching Artists customize goals for each actor from Mini Musicals (ages 4-6) to Broadway Basics (ages 7-10) and up to Music Theatre Bootcamp (ages 11-13) and Advanced Music Theatre Performance (ages 14-17), actors grow with us as they build their skills and confidence.
Come make friends with other theatre kids and spend time singing, dancing, and having a great time! Class meets at the DePaul School of Music Holtschneider Performance Center (2330 N. Halsted).
