Council Crest Park, Portland

As Portland's highest elevation point, Council Crest's almost panoramic view of the city and the Cascade Mountains is stunning to say the least. The kids will be entertained by the little playground at the top of the park, so sit back and enjoy Portland's stunning landscape (before the little ones are ready for naptime!).
