Getting back to the gym after baby can often seem impossible, but The Dailey Method makes it easy — even as early as when you're on maternity leave. Moms can leave baby starting at eight weeks old at this studio's special infant care program. The city-based studios are owned by mom of three herself, Tami Conway, who has allotted certain slots specifically for infants under a year. This ensures baby (and other tots in the room) get the care and attention they need.
