Your kiddo is so flexible he or she could be Gumby’s younger sibling. Why not try yoga? Depending on your child’s age, there are lots of ways to ease into the activity. Join your baby at a mommy-and-me class or sign up older tots for on-their-own yoga fun. Flip through our photo album to discover some om-azing studios around town.
Cutie Poops and Bottoms
This eco-focused store sells organic products and advocates cloth diapering. Dig deeper and you’ll find they have great classes for new parents as well. There is a baby-wearing class that leads you through a hands-free workout while bonding with your little bundle (6 weeks and up). If an older sibling wants to tag along he or she can wear their favorite doll to be just like mommy. The store also offers a 30-minute mommy (or daddy or grandma) and me yoga class that involves gentle stretching for baby and you.
