These Classic ’90s Disney Video Games Are Getting Rebooted for Nintendo Switch

If you grew up in the ’90s, chances are you spent a good amount of time playing 16-bit games on your Super Nintendo. Now you can relive those memories with your own kids as the Disney Classic Games collection returns for the Nintendo Switch and other consoles.

Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King brings to life two of the most popular Disney-themed games of the ’90s, upgraded with filters for visual enhancement and upscaled graphics. The new versions of the games will also feature customizable controls and a rewind function, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at the game design. Check out the trailer for a first look below.

The new game pack will be available for the Nintendo Switch, Xbox and PS4. It will include the original versions of Disney’s Aladdin designed for Game Boy and SEGA Genesis and The Lion King designed for Super Nintendo, Game Boy and SEGA Genesis.

The Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King collection will be available in stores Oct. 29, 2019, and will be priced at $29.99.
