For over 30 years, Wilderness Awareness School summer campers have been discovering the wonders of nature, exploring our natural environment, and building lasting friendships. Campers work together gaining nature awareness and experiential knowledge of plants, animals, tracking, birds, and survival. Our Coyote Mentoring methods inspire curiosity and encourage self-sufficiency, while storytelling and engaging activities make learning fun and nurture a connection to the earth.

Joyous Noise Studio Kindermusik will be offering fun in the sun and fun from home this summer!

We can’t wait to see you back in person! While we are still finalizing all of our plans, we will be offering outdoor classes in compliance with state guidelines. And for those families who wish to stay remote, we have that option for you, too!

We plan to offer mini camps for both the young child and school age children in July, as well as regular weekly classes in August. Please check our website or email us for the latest on the schedule.

Kindermusik is a world renowned early childhood music program. We combine the joy of music with the adventure of growing in an atmosphere of love and inclusion. We meet your child where they are and coax them to grow at their own pace, and in their own way. We celebrate the individual nature of each child, and encourage them to explore their capabilities and discover their potential. It has been shown that musical play for young children stimulates all areas of the brain at the same time, and leads to growth in both language and math skills. Join us today!

Spend weekly outdoor masked drama camps in the Seattle sun!

Stone Soup Theatre SummerStage 2021 has two locations:

  • North Seattle – Meridian Playground in Wallingford
  • South Seattle – Jefferson Park on Beacon Hill

Kids love our scripts with the likes of Pokeman, Frozen, Hamilton, and Peter Rabbit for ages 5-16. Early nurturing of drama skills can create a lifetime of confidence and has been proven to improve reading skills.  All camps culminate in performance, either in person or filmed, depending on recommendations from the CDC.

So, what do parents say about our summer camps? “Our kids had a fabulous time. I was impressed by the amount of fun they had while learning a script and performing it in one week”

Camps take place from 9:00am-3:00pm with before and after care in both parks.
