As the dust is finally starting to settle around the long-awaited anticipation for Disney+, fans are starting to notice that some things are missing from the new streaming service. If you can’t find the Disney movie you’re looking for, there’s an answer.

Movies like Pixar’s Up and Disney’s Enchanted, for example, are nowhere to be found. Luckily, there’s a way to make a request for the content that’s missing.

Twitter user Joshua Gillespie shared a screen shot of a settings feature on the Disney+ app that lets subscribers make requests for movies and shows. As Gillespie illustrates, clicking on the “Help” button will bring you to a menu of options to choose from. Select “Give Feedback” and then “Request a film or show” from the drop-down to make a special request.

Of course there’s no guarantee that your request will be answered. Disney has already made it clear that there are multiple titles that won’t be offered on the platform immediately because of previously negotiated licensing. The Mouse House has also insisted that the offerings will remain strictly family-friendly. It never hurts to ask though.
