Even celebrity singers aren’t exempt from the awkwardness that is explaining where a baby comes from to their kids. In a recent appearance on The View, Michael Bublé shared his kids response to the news that the family is expecting a fourth baby.

If you recall, Bublé told the world that their family was growing back in February when he released the music video for his song, “I’ll Never Not Love You.” The video felt more like a feature film as he and his wife, Luisiana Lopilato reenacted some of the movie industry’s most famous love scenes, with her pregnancy reveal at the end.

The Bublé kiddos, however, were told the happy news back on Christmas Eve. The couple sat down Noah, 8, Elias, 6 and Vida, 3 and told them “Mommy has a baby in her tummy and you’re going to have a little brother or sister.”

Eli was a little miffed at the news, asking his parents “Why didn’t you invite us to watch when you fell in love and you made the baby?” Cue the awkwardness! To see what he does, start the video below at about 3:30.

Bublé reacted like we all would “I still don’t know how to answer the question…They just know that mommies and daddies fall in love and they had the baby, so he just wants to know why he wasn’t invited.”

The remainder of the video is basically the charismatic crooner gushing about how much he loves his wife and being a dad. His newest album, Higher, is what he calls “a celebration of life.” Over the last several years, his family has gone through a lot, especially when his son was diagnosed with cancer at the age of three. Now he’s channeling his inner gratitude into his latest release.

Despite being famous, as a dad Bublé still deals with the same things us regular parents do. Especially when it comes to his kids love of Encanto:

As if we couldn’t love Michael Bublé any more, now we feel even more connected!
