Disney+ just announced that new episodes of ‘Bluey’ are coming to the streamer this summer—just in time to bust your kids’ summer boredom

Parents, rejoice! You won’t be the sole person responsible for entertaining your littles all summer long because just in time to help bust their mid-summer boredom (and give you a much-needed break), new episodes of Bluey are coming to Disney+!

The streamer announced the new episodes in a press release, also revealing that they’ll feature some very famous voices: Lin-Manuel Miranda will appear as a talking horse in an episode called “Stories,” and Rose Byrne cameos as Chilli’s sister Brandy in one called “Onesies.” From the trailer, we can see that we’ll also be welcoming fan-favorite characters back to our screens, like Muffin, Lucky’s dad, and more.

As parents and kids know, Bluey follows the adventures of its title character, a lovable, energetic blue heeler puppy—plus many other characters who make up her colorful life. Bluey lives with her family, and the show has been lauded by parents for showing simple, family love and fun.

The new episodes will drop on Disney+ on July 12. How to kill time between now and then? The first three seasons of Bluey are currently available to watch, and if you ask us, just under a month is the perfect amount of time to rewatch them all. Happy summer!
