Of course, no staycation story is complete without mention of the Eloise Suite at The Plaza. This storybook suite is a dream come true for any Eloise fan. Famed for its outrageous and colorful décor by Betsey Johnson, the suite features an Eloise-approved palette of pink and black, a king-size bed with, of course, Eloise-themed bedding.
