Rather than merely settling for what’s available, NYC parents can specify the day, time, location and frequency of a class, whether it’s pure recreation, song and dance, or serious mental stimulation. To Speak in Many Tongues: ABC Languages

Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, Dutch, English, Farsi, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish or Turkish. Which will your child learn?
