Jonathan Knight is officially off the market. The New Kids on the Block singer told Entertainment Tonight that he and longtime beau Harley Rodriguez secretly married after almost 15 years together.

Knight spoke to the outlet on the set of HGTV’s Farmhouse Fixer as he filmed the show’s second season. When asked about his ring and if he got hitched, the singer answered, “We did. But everybody just assumed we’re married, so, I never say yes or no ’cause I don’t wanna lie’,” he added.

He added that although the couple did marry, they haven’t celebrated the big day yet due to the pandemic. “It’s coming,” he teased.

The former teen heartthrob wowed audiences for years in the band he started with younger brother Jordan, Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg, and Danny Wood.

Knight first met Rodriguez back in 2008 and got engaged in 2016. They planned to wed in 2021 but the pandemic pushed things off. “We were going to get married on the farm this year under a tent and then have the ceremony in our barn,” Knight told PEOPLE of their wedding plans that year, a farm they share in Massachusetts. “We had everything lined up: the caterers, the entertainment. We were going to get married under candlelight. And then that all just stopped.”

Because of the delay and length of time they’ve been together, they discussed alternative plans. “We’re on the fence if we just go elope,” Knight shared. “Or, we just wait it out a couple more years and have a really good celebration with our families.”

The singer spent his summer touring around the country with his bandmates in The New Kids’ 2022 Mixtape Tour and filming episodes of Farmhouse Fixer. “It’s such a passion of mine, fixing up houses,” he continued. “I would post on Instagram pictures of projects I did, and fans would always ask me, ‘What is your other job besides the New Kids?’ and I just think it’s so great to be able to showcase what I do, and people can watch.”

“I would say this year was definitely a challenge because I basically had to be in both places at the same time,” he continued. “Of all the times that the New Kids have reunited, this was the most vigorous tour schedule for us. There would be days when I would get off the stage at 11 at night, jump on a plane right after the show, fly all night, film all day, and then get back on a plane and go perform the next show.”

It’s a wonder he managed to plan a secret wedding with that insane schedule, but here’s hoping he and Rodriguez can finally relax on a honeymoon in the coming weeks.
