Like many moms, Eliana Rodriguez documented her pregnancy on social media. From sweet moments captured with her daughter and doctor checkups to adorable “bumpdates,” the Las Vegas native shares it all with her followers. Most of the time, they were positive and encouraging––until the end of her pregnancy.

Rodriguez, who is a compact 4’11 and has given birth to two eight-pound babies, tells TODAY she carries big. She knows it and embraces it, even in the midst of onlookers who just can’t keep their mouths shut.

Instead of letting trolls get to her, the mom and business owner took to Instagram to share the types of things she heard often, including “You are huge,” “You look like you’re having twins,” and “Have you checked if there’s another baby in there?” Yes, friends, she is more than aware of her size, and also thanks for being entirely unhelpful in this matter.

Look, we get it––some people have clearly never seen a pregnant woman before in real life (insert sarcasm). And while admittedly, Rodriguez carries on the bigger side (it’s fine if you’re surprised), it definitely doesn’t give anyone free license to make comments about someone else’s body.

Didn’t anyone watch Bambi as a kid? “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all.”

Throughout her pregnancy, Rodriguez remained under the care of her physician, who assured her that both she and baby were healthy. She tells TODAY that she also had a lot of extra amniotic fluid but not enough to require a polyhydramnios diagnosis.

Rodriguez and her husband welcomed baby Sebastian back in June, who weighed in at 8 pounds three inches and measured 20.5 inches long. Thankfully, the naysayers have since quieted down, only offering sweet words of congratulations and encouragement to the now family of four.
