We’ve rounded up some of the best recipes to give kids the perfect protein pick-me-up. Flip through the slideshow to see them all.

Yogurt

Another dairy food full of protein is yogurt. Canadian blogger Amanda Suhan at Hungry in Calgary shares a great way to pop it in a lunchbox as a savory dish: tzatziki. Greek in origin, tzatziki is a delicious mix of shredded cucumber, chopped garlic, lemon and plain yogurt with seasoning. Send it off with pita bread, tortilla chips or chopped carrots for dipping, and it'll feel like summer never ended!
