Ingredients

Nathan’s Famous® Skinless Beef Franks 1 pkg(s)
Thick-cut Smithfield bacon 8 slice(s)
Avocado oil mayonnaise 1/2 cup(s)
Garlic, minced 2 clove(s)
Fresh parsley, finely chopped 1/4 cup(s)
Bunch fresh chives, finely chopped 1
Salt to taste As needed
Pepper to taste As needed
Head romaine lettuce, leaves separated 1
Cherry tomatoes, quartered 1 pt.
Small red onion, minced 1/2 whole

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Wrap bacon tightly around each hot dog and spread evenly on prepared baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
  2. Meanwhile, mix together mayonnaise, garlic, parsley and chives until combined.
  3. Set bacon-wrapped hot dogs onto lettuce leaves. Drizzle with herbed mayonnaise and top with tomatoes and red onion.
