If Tinybeans made a mistake with your book, we’ll replace it ASAP at no cost to you.
If you are not happy because of a mistake you made (such as a spelling mistake, choice of low-resolution photo or captions that are cut-off) we will help you fix your book and share the cost of a replacement by giving you 20% off.
Very occasionally orders are delivered that are damaged in shipping. Please let us know about shipping issues straight away and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
As a small company, we're not able to offer refunds if you've simply changed your mind or no longer want your book.
