Train & Boat Adventures

Ride the Easter Egg Express - Sacramento
Celebrate Easter on an unforgettable train ride and visit to our private river-side park and boarding station. Kids will decorate their own Easter Egg bag, there will be games for them to play, an Easter Egg hunt and other surprises! Spring-Styled Pontoon Boat Ride with Snacks - Castro Valley
Bring your little ones to the lake for a memorable Easter season. Lake Chabot is a lovely spot for family-friendly boat trips. They make it easy to book an outing and get two hours of a styled patio boat, charcuterie box with spring cookies by Brie Grazing Boards and Birdie Bakery), or Kids’ Sweet Spring Treat (by Its Jam ‘n Treats). Egg Hunts & Celebrations

Eggstravaganza & Family Picnic - Walnut Creek
This Eggstra-Special Easter Event is perfect for a family outing in Walnut Creek's downtown Civic Park. Bring a blanket and picnic lunch for your family to enjoy in this beautiful setting. Each child will receive a goodie bag full of pre-stuffed eggs, some Easter themed activities and other goodies. Easter in the Garden - Walnut Creek
This Easter, bring the whole family to visit the Garden.  Enjoy all the spring blooms plus some special Easter activities. Garden admission is free for Members but regular Garden admission fees will apply for non-members and is $10 for adults (13 and up), $8 for seniors, and children 12 and under are always free. Easter events are offered at no additional charge with Garden Admission. April 4. Event details

Easter Egg Decorating Workshop - Redwood City
Families are invited to decorate an adorable, edible egg at Hillsdale Shopping Center to celebrate the Easter holidays. Join the fun as Kathy’s Creative Kakes of San Mateo guides you through the process and shows unique ways to add festive features to your peek-a-boo, panoramic egg.
