If it seems like just about every retailer has some sort of “perks program”, you’re not wrong. Target is joining the group with their new loyalty program. Read on to see if your city is on the list because if it is you’re in store for bountiful benefits!
Did you know that the big red bullseye retailer has a perks program? And no, we don’t mean the Cartwheel function on the retailer’s app or the five percent back on REDcard purchases. For the past year the company low-key rolled out Target Circle in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Following serious success with Texas customers, the retailer is expanding the perks program to Charlotte, Denver, Indianapolis, Kansas City and Phoenix as of Feb. 19.

So what perks come with being a Target Circle member? To start with, customers will earn one percent back on each shopping trip to use at a later date. Oh, and you don’t need to use your REDcard to get the percent back. Along with this benefit, customers will also save 50 percent off a first-year Shipt membership and free next-day delivery with Restock.
According to Rick Gomez, executive vice president, chief marketing officer and chief digital officer for Target, in a press statement, “A Target Run is much more than checking items off your list—it’s about discovery, inspiration and an effortlessly joyful shopping experience. And we’re out to make that experience even more rewarding with Target Circle, offering guests more benefits and attracting new shoppers.”
