Still dwelling on the holiday season or maybe you just haven’t had the time or energy to pack the Christmas tree away? Now you can keep it up for another month thanks to the new Valentine’s Day tree trend.

A Valentine’s Day tree is just what it sounds like. To take part in this festive trend, simply strip your Christmas tree of all the holiday decor and re-dress it with ornaments that say “love.”

A heart garland or some pink and red bulbs are the perfect accent. If you happen to own an actual pink tree, even better. Or if you jumped on the whole unicorn tree trend, you can probably just leave that up through Spring.

If you already packed away the tree or hauled the real one out for recycling, you can still get in on the fun. Dress up a table with a pink Valentine’s version of the classically kitschy ceramic tree. Instead of colorful bulbs, the pink variety, like this one from Etsy, features all white bulbs and a red star on top.

If small kids means you need something a little less fragile than ceramic, check out these mini pink bottle brush trees from Amazon that can be dressed up or admired just the way they are.
