Honey
This sweet stuff is great for your skin. Honey is a great moisturizer that provides deep hydration without feeling oily. This brightens skin, helping new moms appear energetic even when they are falling asleep on their feet. Honey also acts as a gentle exfoliator and can tighten pores, letting skin appear its best. Since pure honey can be sticky and new parents don't have time to deal with another mess, look for skin products made with honey to get the same effect.

Petroleum Jelly 
You probably already have Vaseline in your bathroom, but you may not realize that you can use this inexpensive staple to look more alert. When you are too tired to put on make-up but want a boost, simply dab a little on the high points of your face to create a natural glow instantly. Another use for Vaseline is as a nighttime moisturizer before bed, especially if your skin is dry from breastfeeding or hormones out of whack. Without much effort, you will wake up with well hydrated skin, resulting in a dewy glow that can help hide how tired you really feel.

Under-eye Creams
Eyes reveal a lot about how much sleep you've gotten. If your newborn is keeping you up all night, the under-eye bags will be a dead giveaway. To fool everyone, try an under-eye cream or gel. These provide a little extra TLC to the sensitive skin around your eyes while reducing puffiness and adding brightness. If you prefer to stay au natural, place cucumber slices over your eyes while you rest to reduce bags.

If you only do one thing for your skin as a new mom, make it adding Vitamin C to your nightly regime. While eating oranges can't hurt, look for a high-quality Vitamin C serum that can help fight aging while brightening your skin.
