Frozen

Elsa took center stage at a recent seventh birthday party thrown by Keely Nickel, mom and owner of party design shop The Glitter Shoppe. The sparkling cake was created by Bay Area-based The Sugar Shop and local bakery Dragonfly Cakes also sent over Frozen-themed petit fours to sweeten the party.
