Here’s How to Get One from Krispy Kreme Disney Parks has just revealed a first look at the new Tropical Hideaway at Disneyland and we’re ready to be castaways in this exotic marketplace. The much-anticipated replacement for the now-defunct Aladdin’s Oasis is complete and ready to open. The Tropical Hideaway complete with palm-thatched roofing and colorful tropical decor looks like the kind of locals-only hangout you might find on a tiny island in the South Pacific. Accessible by a bridge from the Enchanted Tiki Room or a pathway dubbed “Skipper’s Walk,” which runs along the water from the Jungle Cruise dock, the new eatery fits in perfectly with its surroundings. You’ll notice a familiar feathery face greeting you as you dine. It seems that Rosita from the Enchanted Tiki Room has flown the coop for a solo act at the new Tropical Hideaway. Diners will find an eclectic, tropical menu with items like warm steamed bao buns, chilled ramen salad, Sweet Pineapple Lumpia and Dole Whip. photo: Disneyland Resort The new dining experience is set to open before the end of year. —Shahrzad Warkentin All photos: Joshua Sudock via Disneyland Resort RELATED STORIES: Disneyland Is Having a Huge Sale Right Now on Tickets & Hotel Fares Sugar Plum Candy Churros & 6 More Amazing Holiday Treats at Disneyland Disneyland’s New Secret Spot Is Just for Grownups
