Tinybeans Mobile Family Album App: FAQs

Tinybeans subscription is $4.99/month or $39.99/year (US Dollars).

As of October 4, 2021, free Tinybeans journal holders will need a subscription in order to upload and share photos and videos. Your followers do not need to pay to follow your account and can like, view and comment, and even upload photos of your bean(s) to your journal for FREE. If you choose not to upgrade, all previously posted photos and videos will still be safely stored in your account. 

If you are a Tinybeans Family Premium member you do not need to do anything and will not experience any disruptions in your experience.

The first step would be to force quit and restart the app to see if the subscription features (like search, longer video uploads, etc) appear! If not, try updating your app, and signing out and back in (don’t worry, all your memories are safe and sound on our server and will re-download when you log back in!). If you still have trouble, please email our team at info@tinybeans.com with which features you’re missing, and our support experts will be happy to help.

You can easily cancel your Tinybeans app  subscription at any time as well. For Apple, go to your phone’s Settings, tap your Apple ID at the top, then Subscriptions. For Android, open Google Play, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions.

After cancelling, you will only be able to make full use of all the app features until your subscription expires. Don’t worry – the photos and videos uploaded during your  subscription will still remain in your journal.

If you are a Family Premium member, you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time by going to your billing details page and clicking “Pause subscription.” Or just email info@tinybeans.com for help! Once you cancel your Premium subscription you will only be able to enroll in the new Tinybeans app premium subscription. Family Premium is retired and no longer available to purchase.

You can no longer purchase Family Premium. If you are a current Family Premium member please reach out to info@tinybeans.com about any changes to your account.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

We offer UNLIMITED storage for all our Tinybeans Beanstalk subscribers. If you cancel your subscription we will not ask you to pay for storage, but you will lose the ability to add additional photos to your account.
