Now that baby makes three, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are settling into their newly renovated home.

The couple started making interior changes on Frogmore Cottage (a five-bedroom abode on Windsor Castle’s grounds) before Archie’s birth, and now that he’s here, it looks like the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have completed the exterior too. So what kinds of changes did the new parents make to their family’s home?

According to Buckingham Palace, the renovations came in at a $3 million price tag—thanks to British taxpayers via the Queen’s Annual Sovereign Grant (which helps to maintain and conserve royal palaces). A source close to the royal family told PEOPLE, “The heating systems were outdated and inefficient and were not to the environmental standards that we would expect today.” The source also added that the older electrical system, gas lines and water mains also required replacement.

Even though taxpayers footed the majority of the permanent reno bill (after all, it is a historic building), Prince Harry and Markle paid for fixtures, fittings and furnishings themselves. Reports have also surfaced noting that the couple also paid for some of the pricier projects, such as a kitchen upgrade and flooring.

Even though the couple hasn’t released specifics, rumors of a mother-and-baby yoga room with a floating floor are reportedly false.

Of the renovations and restorations, Sir Michael Stevens, Keeper of the Privy Purse, told reporters, “The property had not been the subject of work for some years and had already been earmarked for renovation in line with our responsibility to maintain the condition of the occupied Royal Palaces Estate.” Stevens went on to add, “The Sovereign Grant covered the work undertaken to turn the building into the official residence and home of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and their new family. The building was returned to a single residence and outdated infrastructure was replaced to guarantee the long-term future of the property.”

Now you can pretend play Reese Witherspoon’s role from Big Little Lies IRL. The majestic Monterey home (which isn’t actually in Monterey) is available for rent—and now you can book your dream summer vaycay.

Even though Witherspoon’s character lives in Northern California, the real-life real estate stunner is located farther south in Malibu. But that’s pretty much the only major difference between what you see on TV and what you’ll get with the home.

The seven-bedroom, eight-bath Cape Cod style beachfront property comes with pretty much everything you see on the show. Leasing agent and daughter of the home’s owners, Stacie Clunies-Ross, told SFGate that the show did make some pretty major decor changes to the interior. But the design do-over did impress the owners enough for them to keep the new wallpaper, paint and fixtures. That means whoever rents the home will get the same interior (and exterior too) they see on Big Little Lies.

How much does it cost to rent the beachy Malibu property? According to reports, the home goes for $3,000 to $5,000 a night or $70,000 to $100,000 a month. So if you’ve got a few thousand in extra cash sitting around, visit Malibu Luxury Vacation Homes for more info.

The Brady Bunch is back! At least, the six kids (now adults, of course) are. HGTV’s A Very Brady Renovation’s re-do of the IRL Brady abode is complete. And here’s what the cast had to say.

The Cali home that served as the exterior for the iconic series started its HGTV-style makeover story in November 2018. Following the announcement of the nostalgia-inducing renovation reality show, the six TV sibs got together with HGTV stars (such as Jonathon and Drew Scott, Lara Spencer and Jasmine Roth) to restore the house.

Fast forward a few months and the house is complete.Along with the six Brady “kids” and HGTV designers, Llyod Schwartz and Hope Juber (the son and daughter of show creator Sherwood Schwartz) and three of Florence Henderson’s children were on hand for a star-studded ribbon cutting ceremony.

Maureen McCormick (Marcia) told PEOPLE, of the home renovation, “I was totally blown away.” The eldest Brady sister also added, “I felt like I was back at Paramount Studios at stage five, walking in the front door, getting ready to film a scene.”

Youngest Brady boy Mike Lookinland (Bobby) got nostalgic, telling PEOPLE, “I didn’t anticipate how the whole picture would affect me.” Lookinland went on to say, “It’s not just that the curtains match or that there’s the staircase that everybody recognizes or the perfect fireplace, it’s that it’s all together now again in one place.”

Even though HGTV has already released a few sneak peek pics of the house, A Very Brady Renovation isn’t on the small screen yet. The HGTV show premieres September of 2019.

If you ever daydreamed about sharing a room with Marcia, Jan and Cindy you might finally get your chance. The Brady Bunch house is for sale in Southern California, but it comes with a pretty hefty price tag.

For the first time in 45 years the iconic Los Angeles house that served as the exterior of the Brady family home is up for sale. Located at 11222 Dilling Street in Studio City, California, the house has just been listed for a cool $1.885 million. Despite appearing to house the entire bunch, the split-level 2,500 square foot home features just two bedrooms (both master suites) and three bathrooms.

While the interior of the Brady’s home was built on a soundstage, the inside of this famous house has plenty of groovy touches, like wood-paneled walls, floral wallpaper and a MusiCal intercom and whole-house radio. “This is a postcard of exactly what homes looked like in the 1970s,”Ernie Carswell, the listing agent on the property, told The Los Angeles Times.

Tear-downs on desirable properties are popular in the challenging L.A. real estate market, but Carswell says they are definitely taking the future owner’s plans for the home into consideration. “We’re not going to accept the first big offer from a developer who wants to tear it down,” he said. “We’re going to wait a few days, in case there are others who want to purchase it as an investment to preserve it.”

If you don’t happen to have almost 2 million burning a hole in your pocket, you might still get a look inside the residence—which is so famous it has its own Yelp page—by requesting a showing. “We’re preparing for an avalanche. Emails, telephone calls—we may see upwards of 500 calls a day,” Carswell explained, letting would-be buyers know the house will be shown by appointment only.

“I just don’t think we can have a Sunday open house where 1,000 people show up,” Carswell said. “We’d be inviting chaos.”

The NFL rules the roost when it comes to pro sports, and while the Washington Redskins aren’t exactly lighting up the scoreboard this season, catching a football game can be a thrilling way for you and and the kids to spend a Sunday afternoon. Making the most of a trip to FedEx Field can be difficult, however, and there are aspects of it that are far from kid-friendly, so we’ll give you the scoop on maximizing your time, money and fun as Washington attempts to recapture the magic that led the team to the playoffs last season.Getting There
FedEx Field is located in Landover, Md., which somehow manages to pull off the feat of being inconvenient for just about everyone in the DMV. If you’re driving, good luck and head out early—traffic will be a nightmare around the stadium for several hours prior to kickoff. You can buy one-game parking permits for $50. Metro is an easier way to go—take the Blue Line to the Morgan Boulevard stop, but be prepared for a crowded, one-mile walk to the stadium. If you’ve got little ones, prepare to do some piggyback rides to help with the trek. Unfortunately, strollers are only allowed if you are seated in a suite.

Tickets and Seating
As with most NFL teams, tickets are at a premium, which means you may have to get creative. There are scattered tickets available on Ticketmaster, but to use an example, two tickets to the Nov. 3 game vs. San Diego would run you $840. So turn to the NFL Ticket Exchange or StubHub to find cheaper options. Kids two and under are admitted free with lap passes that must be picked up at the stadium. One huge problem is that FedEx Field does not have a family section, which means your children may be exposed to some salty language (it’s football!). Become friends with the usher in your section to make sure they keep an eye out for riff-raffor text SKINS to 69050 to report bad behavior.

Potty time? You can avoid the long lines at bathrooms by heading to the family restrooms, which are located at the elevator towers at the NRG Gate (Gate A) and the Bank of America Gate (Gate E) on all levels. All levels are accessed by ramps, but if you’ve got a high seat, prepare to tote your family up some steep stairs.

Food
FedEx Field has a ton of eating options scattered throughout the concourses, ranging from the standard hot dog, hamburger and pizza stands to specialty foods like crab cakes. If you’re fortunate enough to score Club Level seats, the concourse features upgraded food options, in more plush settings. Vendors outside the stadium will sell cheap water, but you won’t be allowed to take it in the stadium.

Tailgating
Much of the fun of going to an NFL is the pre-game party. Tailgating is a great way for your family to hang out, meet fellow fans and get a full meal before the game actually begins. Parking lots open four hours prior to game time, and the grills get fired up shortly thereafter. Bring a football and some food, and you’ll likely be able to join any group. You could even make the trip just to tailgate, but remember, the $50 parking fee would apply if you are driving to the stadium regardless of whether you attend the game.

Extras
The Bud Light Party Pavilion is located on the exterior plaza (Gates F and G) at FedEx and open three hours prior to kickoff. There, you’ll find musical entertainment and concessions, but you must have a ticket to enter and there is no re-entry allowed. Stop by the Hall of Fame Store (Gate H or Section 141) to grab team gear for your little ones. And don’t forget, the NFL recently instituted a controversial bag policy that essentially eliminates purses or backpacks from the stadium. Bags must be clear plastic and can’t contain food or beverages. For more information, check the NFL’s All Clear page.
