Target Deal Days Are Back & They Start THIS Weekend

It’s only October but that why wait until Black Friday to start your holiday shopping? Target Deal Days are back!

From Sun. Oct. 10-Tues. Oct. 12 Target is sharing its lineup of deals at Target.com, on the Target app and in all stores (for the first time ever!). So what kind of deals are we talking about?

Head to Target starting this Sunday to get access to thousands of deals on electronics, apparel, kitchen appliances, TV’s and more. And this year, you don’t have to rush to get that amazing price.

Target has updated their holiday price match guarantee to start even earlier and run from Oct. 10-Dec. 24. Shoppers can request a price adjustment on all items purchased at Target (check the company’s policy for a few exceptions) if the price is lowered during the holiday season. Not only that, Target will continue to price match select competitors pricing within 14 days of purchase.

Disney & Amazon Just Teamed Up on a Magical Alexa Makeover

It’s happened: Amazon and Disney have joined forces to bring the world a brand new kind of voice assistant! The duo has just announced “Hey, Disney!,” to launch next year in homes and at Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

Working just like the Alexa you already know and love, families will get special Disney storytelling experiences, jokes, fun facts, trivia, interactive adventures and special surprises, all brought to you by Disney characters. If you’re staying in a WDW Resort hotel, you’ll be able to use “Hey, Disney!” for hospitality service (ordering towels finally got fun!), play music, check the weather and news and much more.

“Hey, Disney!” is the first time an Alexa Custom Assistant will be available on an Echo device. Extra magical, the new product has over 1,000 interactions, original character voice recordings, audio and a brand-new character created as a guide called the Disney Magical Companion.

You’ll have to wait a little bit to access the new skill, which will be available in 2022 on select Echo devices. When enjoyed at home, it will be a paid option, but complimentary at WDW Resorts. You can head to amazon.com/HeyDisney to sign up to be notified when the skill becomes available. While you wait, you can already pre-order the adorable Mickey Mouse OtterBox Den Series stand for the Echo Show 5 for $25.

Apple Pie Toast Crunch Cereal Is a Thing & We Are Buying All the Boxes

What if you could make Cinnamon Toast Crunch even better? That’s what General Mills is promising this fall and it sounds absolutely delicious. Apple Pie Toast Crunch will be hitting store shelves for the first time ever next month, plus a couple other seasonal favorites!

Using the crunchy whole wheat and rice cereal base of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, the new cereal will offer the taste of apple pie in every bite. Ready to up the ante? General Mills recommends mixing it with Dulce de Leche Toast Crunch to create a caramel apple in your bowl.

But if you’re ready to skip straight ahead to the holidays, you’ll love this next piece of news. Sugar Cookie Toast Crunch and Elf Cereal are coming back to a store near you! The Elf in particular sounds amazing: it’s maple flavored cereal with four new marshmallow shapes in candy, candy corn, candy cane and syrup.

You’ll be able to scoop all of these cereals starting in early October at retailers nationwide. Boxes will retail at $2.50 each for a midsize, or $3.50 for a family size. The most important meal of the day is getting a serious upgrade!

New Hershey’s Chocolate Is Vegan Us Crazy

Calling all vegans! You no-longer have to miss out on the chocolatey goodness that is a Hershey’s bar. For the first time ever, the chocolatier now comes fully-plant based and is vegan friendly.

Hershey’s Oat Made Classic Dark and Extra Creamy Almond & Sea Salt are made with, you guessed it––oat milk. Part of Hershey’s Better For You lineup, the bars are non-GMO and made with Rainforest Alliance-certified cocoa.

It’s a graveyard smash! A monstrous party is coming to your breakfast bowl, courtesy of General Mills. Monster Mash cereal is limited-edition and features pieces from the five Monster Cereals: Count Chocula, Boo Berry, Franken Berry, Frute Brute and Yummy Mummy,

It’s the first time you can find all of these cereals combined and it’s in honor of the 50th anniversary of Count Chocula and Franken Berry, the first two monster products. At the time, the two cereals were the only chocolate and strawberry flavored cereals on the market. The pieces transformed to ghosts in 1985 and the marshmallows have evolved over the years, but the delicious taste has never changed.

To celebrate the cereal release, the five monsters also remade the classic “Monster Mash” song for your listening pleasure. You can also watch Mocumentary, the Monster Mash Documentary, which includes a surprise appearance from Travis Barker. Both are available online now!

Keep an eye out at major retailers to scoop a box (or six) of this special new product. The artwork alone makes it a must-have for cereal collectors!

“Paw Patrol” Is Heading to the Big Screen with an All-Star Cast

Follow your favorite furry friends outside of their beloved Adventure Bay into the big, busy Adventure City where their arch-rival, Humdinger, has been elected mayor to disastrous results. But luckily, the PAW Patrol is on a roll, and they work together with a new pal Liberty—the city-savvy dachshund— to put things right.

Name That Pup

Chase, Marshall, Rubble, Skye, Rocky and Zuma are joined by their new pal, Liberty, and an outstanding new cast of supporting canine characters. Listen closely and see if you can recognize the celebs behind the voices, including Yara Shahidi, Kim Kardashian, Tyler Perry, Jimmy Kimmel, Randall Park and Dax Shepherd. In addition, you’ll find a star-studded soundtrack by artists including Adam Levine and Alessia Cara.

Chase Is on the Case

To coincide with the movie premiere, Paramount is launching some paw-some new features for families! You’ll find coloring and activity sheets and even a way to get a personalized message for your kids from Chase.

And the New “Jeopardy” Hosts Are…

It’s been quite the ride this year for “Jeopardy”. Between honoring the passing of long-time host Alex Trebek, to a slew of celeb guests hosts, the gameshow finally has a permanent MC.

Since Alex Trebek leaves some large shoes to fill, going forward the show will now have TWO hosts! And for the first time ever, a woman will be among them. Mayim Bialik and Mike Richards will take the reins for the 38th season to start in September.

Actress and mom Mayim Bialik took to Instagram to share the exciting news, stating “Really really honored and astounded and excited for this – it’s beyond anything I ever imagined could happen.”

Jeopardy’s executive producer, Mike Richards will take the podium next to Bialik. Richards has been a long time producer for the show, and many others.

Be sure to tune in when the newest season hits television in September.

It’s the first time a major shoe brand has offered a young YouTube personality a global footwear deal.

With three styles to choose from, your family will be back to school in style. Breastfeeding in Airports Just Got Easier Thanks to Mamava x Hello Bello

The airport is hands down one of the least convenient places to breastfeed. But with summer travel in full swing, new moms everywhere find themselves in challenging feeding situations. Fortunately, Mamava and Hello Bello are partnering to make moms’ lives easier!

The duo has placed 11 Mamava ADA pods in post-security concourses at the busiest airports in the U.S. The pods are playfully designed with Hello Bello branding and stocked with the company’s hand sanitizer.

New moms will have a little extra piece of mind as they exit security and the collaboration also hopes to serve as a thought piece for travelers everywhere, prompting them to consider the logistics of breastfeeding in public. You can use the Mamava app to find one of these new pods, as well as one of the 1,800 plus existing Mamava pods at 63 airports. The app also allows you to check the vacancy status of a pod, adjust the airflow and even leave a digital note of support for the next person.

For the first time in 20 years, the Daisies, Brownies and Junior Girl Scouts are getting new official apparel! The wardrobe will pay homage to ’90s style and feature eco-conscious touches—plus the Girl Scout uniforms will be upgraded with recycled materials.

If you’re shopping for your younger Scout, you’ll find a collection of fashionable oversized T-shirts, slim fit pants and fun accessories like scrunchies and headbands. All pair perfectly with the iconic sash or vest and allow girls to show off their style and personality. You can buy items starting in late August through the Girl Scout Shop.

The collection will range in price from $10-$39 and is designed with comfort and durability in mind. It’s color-coordinated by grade level and will offer both casual and formal options. Best of all, it offers inclusive sizing options ranging from XXS to PXXL..

Meanwhile, the updated Girl Scout uniforms will feature the same colors and designs, but be made of a fabric that includes 40% recycled material. The Girl Scouts will also begin an upcycling program to turn old uniforms into new materials, like aprons, pillows and totes. Starting in August you can purchase these items through the Girl Scout Shop and select council stores!
