If your once shapely sofa has been beaten down by your little jumping bean, and your mattress has logged more hours as a launchpad for flips and 360-spins than as an actual bed, then you’re going to want to read this. Rebounderz is Rohnert Park’s brand new indoor trampoline arena where bouncers of all ages can hop like bunny, jump like a kangaroo and flip like a dolphin in a safe and spacious environment. Your furniture will thank you!

Everybody Jump!
Rebounderz has more than 75 (!!) trampoline beds, making it one of the largest trampoline arenas in the country. Each 8-by-8-foot trampoline has been built with the highest quality and safety standards. Kids jump on their own trampolines while safety refs stand watch in each area, making sure the jumping fun is kept safe.

More Than Just Trampolines
Once you’ve gotten your bounce on, there’s plenty more jumping options. Dive into pits full of soft foam blocks for some rowdy fun. Or try your hand at the Basketball Slam—pretend you’re a basketball star as you bounce up to make a slamdunk. There’s also a traditional basketball court if you want an old-school pick-up game. And no indoor fun arena would be complete without an old-fashioned arcade. There are over 35 games to choose from, including oldies like Pac Man and new favorites like Guitar Hero. Kids can also cash in arcade points (with earth-friendly redemption cards instead of the traditional tickets) for fun prizes.

Fun for Toddlers and Up
Wondering if you can bring your little ones? There’s also a designated jumping area for kids 42″ and under. But the real fun is in the Kiddie Play Area, an enormous play park for kids ages 1 to 12. The giant play structure (for kids age 4 to 12) features tunnels, tubes, and slides. And the separate toddler park for little ones under 3 only has one entrance and exit, providing safe fun for toddlers. Comfortable stools nearby mean parents can easily watch their little ones have a blast.

Parents, Put Your Feet Up
Maggie and Jason Alexandridis, the owners of Rebounderz, are parents, too, and understand that for mom and dad, sometimes a few precious moments sitting still sounds a bit better than jumping. Fortunately, the arena has a bunch of special touches for adults, like a parents’ viewing area. TV monitors of the jumping area are in view of massage chairs and cafe tables, so you can relax while you watch the kiddos having fun. And don’t miss out on the free WiFi.

Parents or older kids looking for some structured fitness fun can also put together an Air Dodgeball league. Bounce off the walls (literally!) with an extreme game that’s a huge step up from the playground version. Rebounderz is also hoping to offer adult fitness classes in the future.

Party On!
If you’re looking for a venue for your kid’s next birthday party, Rebounderz offers 6 themed party rooms. Each unique room features hand-painted murals with motifs that should appeal to both girls and boys. Let them run, jump and bounce to their hearts’ content in the different play areas throughout the arena, then chow down on pizza or other offerings from the cafe.

Good to Know: Parking in the large, on-site parking lot is free. Rebounderz also has a great cafe stocked with traditional snack bar goodies (like pizza and nachos), healthy offerings like organic sandwiches and salads from Sally Tomatoes, and quick snack options like yogurt, fruit salad, and fruit pouches for the little ones.

Want to make sure baby relaxes comfortable in his or her favorite seat? You can not do it without getting off your couch. In fact, you can do it without moving an inch. It takes just a few taps on your smartphone. Proving the modern age is full of fun and helpful surprises, 4mom’s new mamaRoo is here — and it’s the first-ever, app-controlled infant seat.

The Bluetooth-enabled mamaRoo lets you control its motions, speeds and sounds directly from your iOS or Android device. So if your little monkey is cranky and you know the right music will do the trick, you can do it right from your phone. Same goes if he or she is drifting off to sleep and you want a lighter rocking motion.

New features include an updated LCD interface, a soothing new heartbeat sound and one-touch, direct access to customer support from the new 4moms app. Meanwhile, the seat has all the favorite features of the original mamaRoo. Most notably, it’s known for its five unique motions: Car Ride, Kangaroo, Tree Swing, Rock A Bye and Wave. It also has built-in nature sounds, including the new heartbeat sound, and an mp3 hook-up for parents to play their own music.

To create the natural movements, 4moms used accelerometer vests to record parents as they soothed their infants and identified patterns among those motions. 4moms then developed the motion control software and dual-axis coordinated motion robotic platform that allow the mamaRoo to mimic the movements of a parent.

The new mamaRoo sells for $239.99 for the Classic model and $269.99 for the Plush model. It’s available online at shop4moms.com.
