Perhaps the most famous horse story of all time is coming to Disney+. The streaming platform released a beautiful new trailer for Black Beauty, and you’ll want to grab the tissues.
The film will premiere Fri., Nov. 27 and features the voice of Academy Award-winning actor Kate Winslet as Black Beauty and stars Mackenzie Foy, Iain Glen, Claire Forlani, and Calam Lynch.
The new film transforms Anna Sewell’s classic book into a modern tale that follows wild horse Black Beauty as she’s captured and taken from her family. When she’s transferred to Birtwick Stables, she meets Jo Green and the two form a special bond.
Black Beauty is directed by Ashley Avis and produced by Constantin Film and JB Pictures. You can start streaming the film on Nov. 27, 2020.
Can you believe it? Sesame Street is about to launch its 51st season!
Tune in on Thur., Nov. 12 on HBO Max where the famed show is making its debut on the streaming platform. HBO Max will be airing 35 new episodes every Thursday and will head to PBS Kids in Fall 2021.

Did you grow up reading the Hardy Boys books? Now a show based on the beloved series is coming to Hulu. A new trailer was released by the streaming service today.
According to a description from Hulu, “After a family tragedy strikes, Frank Hardy (Rohan Campbell), 16, and his brother Joe (Alexander Elliot), 12, are forced to move from the big city to their parent’s hometown of Bridgeport for the summer. Staying with their Aunt Trudy (Bea Santos), Frank and Joe’s quiet summer quickly comes to a halt when they discover their dad, detective Fenton Hardy (James Tupper) has taken on a secret investigation. Realizing that their Dad may be onto something the boys take it upon themselves to start an investigation of their own, and suddenly everyone in town is a suspect.”
All 13 episodes of The Hardy Boys will start streaming on Hulu Fri., Dec. 4.
Dust off your tutu. Disney+ announced that the complete original six-part docu-series On Pointe will premiere exclusively on the service. On Pointe captures a season in New York City’s world renowned School of American Ballet (SAB).
Featuring unprecedented access to one of the top youth ballet institutions in the world, the series follows the lives of the students ages 8 to 18 pursuing their dreams to become ballet dancers. While older students from all over the country rigorously train for professional careers, younger students from New York City are put through their paces as they rehearse and perform in New York City Ballet’s holiday classic George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker onstage at Lincoln Center.

Get ready for more adventures with Bingo and Rolly! Disney Junior has ordered a fifth season of Puppy Dog Pals. Season four of the series premieres Fri., Oct. 23 at 9:00 a.m. PT on Disney Channel and on DisneyNOW.
The hit animated series centers on fun-loving pug puppy brothers Bingo and Rolly, whose thrill-seeking appetites take them on exhilarating adventures in their neighborhood and around the globe. Whether helping their owner Bob, exploring with their pal Keia or overseeing their own Puppy Playcare center, the pugs’ motto is that life is more exciting with your best friend by your side.
Season four of Puppy Dog Pals stars newcomer Elisha “EJ” Williams as quick-witted, problem solver Bingo; Gracen Newton (Child Support) as silly, energetic Rolly; Tom Kenny (SpongeBob SquarePants) as A.R.F.; and Jessica DiCicco (The Loud House) as Hissy. Christmas carols meet the high school drama club. The cast of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series are coming together to perform their favorite Christmas, Hanukkah and New Year’s songs and share their fondest holiday memories in High School Musical: The Musical: The Holiday Special. The 45-minute special premieres on Fri., Dec. 11 on Disney+ and will also feature a sneak peek performance from the highly anticipated second season of the popular series.
Series regulars Olivia Rodrigo, Joshua Bassett, Matt Cornett, Sofia Wylie, Larry Saperstein, Julia Lester, Dara Reneé, Frankie Rodriguez, Joe Serafini, Mark St. Cyr and Kate Reinders will get viewers in the holiday spirit with their renditions of holiday classics, popular hits and a medley of Hanukkah favorites. They will also share anecdotes of memorable holidays from their childhoods, best – and most embarrassing – presents, favorite traditions, family photos and poignant New Year’s resolutions.
