We came, we saw and we conquered the holiday market at Union Square. Our mission was to find the best shops and cutest handmade goodies that no-one else will have spotted. As an added bonus, you’ll get that good feeling of knowing you shopped local and helped a small business owner to grow their business just that much bigger. So, skip the big box stores and check out the market before it ends on December 24^th.

Local designer Dana Paradis creates insanely cute earflap hats for junior fashionistas. The handmade hats fit new born babies to children around age eight, and are made from vintage camper blankets with a chenille and flannel interior, to keep little heads warm during chilly New York City winters.
