Draw from a rich supply of materials, including painted and metallic papers, blue buttons and repurposed packaging, and feel inspired by the Hudson River, the blue cliffs of the Palisades or shades of blue flowers silhouetted against an aquamarine sky.

New York City’s oldest and largest Powwow will feature three days of intertribal Native American dance competitions to which the public is invited. Over forty Indian Nations will be represented at this spectacular event held in the apple orchard on the farm grounds. A large selection of quality Native American art, crafts, jewelry, and food will be available for sale.

Hammer Theatre Center presents the Hammer Plaza Celebration: a fun, family-friendly event in downtown San Jose. Celebrating art, innovation, and community, the thrilling entertainment lineup includes awe-inspiring aerial dance performed live on the façade of Hammer Theatre Center by Oakland-based vertical dance troupe BANDALOOP. Bridgman|Packer Dance also joins the festivities with “Truck,” its innovative performance piece designed to take place inside of a 17-foot U-Haul, bringing performance to nontraditional and unexpected locations. Local food trucks and a beer garden will be available on-site to provide refreshments.
Join in the free fishing fun for young anglers ages 6 to 15. No experience needed. Prizes will be awarded at this catch and release tournament.
