Total Time Skill Level Servings
25 mins Intermediate 8

Ingredients

Smithfield® Bacon (pick your favorite flavor!) 4 slice(s)
Marshmallows 8
Chocolate bars (about 3 ounces), broken into eight pieces 6 oz.
Graham crackers, broken in half into squares 8

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Separate strips of bacon and lay out flat in single layers on a lightly sprayed, foil-lined rimmed baking pan, gently stretching each strip by an inch or two.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until bacon begins to curl & edges just starting to crisp, rotating the pan halfway through cooking. Remove bacon from pans with a spatula while warm, draining briefly on absorbent paper & reserve.
  3. Cut bacon slices in half crosswise & tightly wrap around marshmallows, securing with skewer or roasting stick. Roast marshmallows over a campfire until toasty brown on the edges, being careful to not burn or ignite your marshmallows!
  4. Immediately sandwich roasted marshmallows between two graham crackers with a piece of chocolate & eat hot from the fire!
